Bridging Diversities: An Online Workshop on Exploring Differences
Bridging Rainbow Borders is partnering with The People's Supper for one of our last few events for the summer. The People's Supper builds trust and connection among people of different identities and perspectives. Their work is born of a belief — to quote a popular adage — that “change moves at the speed of trust”. Since 2017, they have brought more than 10,000 people together around potluck dinner tables in over 100 cities and towns across the United States, with partners including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Silver Thread Public Health, USC Center EDGE, the Mayor’s Office of Erie, PA, and more.
Join us for an open discussion and workshop facilitated by The People's Supper and local Indigenous panelists on how we can strengthen Indigenous Solidarity as Newcomers. Email Bri Irvine (they/them) at email@example.com to register.
