Catering Services
We have long standing relationships with local business owners in the food and beverage industry. Many have catered events for our organization. Some of our newcomers chose to pursue dreams of business ownership after arriving in the Niagara Region.
The NFAMC Settlement Services provided assistance with settlement plans and with the help of our dedicated team in Skills Training they were successful in reaching their goal of business ownership.
Our network represents the culturally rich, and diverse flavours represented by over 65 Ethnocultural Clubs.
Please contact us if you would like to connect with any of these providers for a memorable dining experience.
Translation Services
The NFAMC provides translation services to businesses and organizations in Arabic, Spanish, French and Mandarin. Each translation is provided by a highly trained professional who speaks and writes the requested language fluently. Translating your documents gives your business an edge over others as you are increasing your reach and understanding of the services you provide.
Please fill out the form below and submit it to socialenterprise@folk-arts.ca so we can provide you with a quote for our services. We offer quick turnaround times. Please be aware that the timing varies based on the type of formatting that is required.

Cultural Sensitivity Training
Our Cultural Sensitivity training sessions will help individuals and groups to better understand cultural diversity in our communities. Through the principle of cultural connectedness, we train on cultural humility and cultural safety. This leads to discussions on barriers newcomers and immigrants face, micro-aggressions, bias, stereotypes, prejudice, systemic racism, providing equitable service and justice.
We offer practical and fundamental tools and resources to better enable individuals to be more culturally connected and instill values that support cultural humility.
We will work with you to conduct a needs assessment to learn more about the details of your event and customize relevant training content you wish to learn more about.
