Faces of The Folk Arts Campaign

Since mid-2019, we have been sharing stories in a series we call #FacesOfTheFolkArts. These stories seek to humanize the newcomer experience as well as showcase the journeys they set out on as they arrive in a new home, Canada.

As newcomers settle in Niagara, they have a desire to give back to a country and community that have already given them so much and offer the skillset they possess to advance their community in whichever way possible.

This video is the start of the rejuvenation of our #FacesOfTheFolkArts series in multiple formats.

As we hear consistently and loudly "now we want to share our stories, and now we want to make Niagara home."
