Niagara Newcomer Bursary

Five bursaries of $1,000 each are to be awarded annually to newcomer youth. Presentations to recipients will be made during the Niagara Folk Arts Festival Open House.

Our centre offers full time language instruction for newcomers and English as a Second Language instruction for adults, delivered by certified LINC/ESL instructors.
